  4. Unzip everything to your Microsoft Plus Themes directory /Plus!/Themes

  6. I created the Theme,Icons and all of the animated cursors.

  8. No sounds or screen saver was included with this theme.  I'm working
  9. on an enhanced version of this theme that should include these items.
